Front-Loading Ovens
Front-Loading Ovens are primarily used for batch processes, where products are loaded into the oven by hand or using a fork-lift truck.
Many different door types are available, including hinged swing doors or vertically lifting counterbalanced doors. These can be operated by a hand crank, electric motor, or even pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder.
Internal shelves or racks can be provided, or removable racks or stillages. Ovens can also be equipped with internal wheel or roller tracks to facilitate loading from external roller tracks, or even workshop trolleys for use in your factory. Alternatively, internal supports can be provided to suit the client's own stillages, or the load can sit directly on the oven floor.
A single access door is usual, but oven can be specified with two or more access doors to enable multiple batches to be loaded separately. They can also be specified with doors each end where continuous batch flow processing is required.
