Sometimes an application requires an oven that is configured to suit the particular application.

 

This could be a horizontal or vertical Conveyor Oven for continuous processing, with conveyors being continuously moving or indexing, and consisting of a belt, carriers or an overhead conveyor system.

 

Many types of specialist ovens can be supplied, including Sheet Heating Ovens, a Bogie Hearth Oven, where the oven floor consists of e removable trolley, usually on rails, allowing the oven to be loaded using a crane or forklift truck as required. Another option is the Top Hat Oven, which can be lifted using a crane and dropped over the load, or even feature its own lifting and traverse mechanism.

 

Bespoke loading and handling systems can be specified and designed to suit a wide variety of applications.
