Top-Loading Ovens are primarily, but not exclusively, used for batch heat-treatment processes, where products need to be quenched, but where rapid quenching is less critical. However, they can be used for any process where handling of the load baskets  using a crane is more practical.

 

Ovens can be supplied with Load Baskets, or can be sized to suit the client's existing ones. Suitable Quench Tanks can also be supplied for hot or cold water, or polymer, as required.

 

Baskets can be designed for using a bespoke lifting frame, or with a single lifting point, whichever best suits the method of loading.

 

Any necessary steps, ladders and catwalks can be provided as required for operation, maintenance and pyrometry access.
